SKINNER RELEASING TECHNIQUE & IMPROVISATION

In the workshop, Lily Kiara will introduce the “Skinner Releasing Technique” (SRT) and will bridge it into an improvised dance creation. The workshop will show how the principles and practices in SRT support improvisation and instant creation of choreography.
The workshop will be led in English.

This three-day workshop will be led by two local and two forwign dance artists with extensive experience in dance improvisation. They will share with you their specific approaches and practices in the instant creation of dance, composition and choreography.The workshop will be led in English.

Enter your Inner Landscape / somatic-movement masterclass

Berrak Yedek is the founder of Limpid Works and Somatic Dialogue method (Somatik Diyalog®). Having gone through a long experience in dance she worked as a performer, choreographer and dance teacher. For many years she has been dedicating herself to this method in private sessions as well as group workshops.
Somatic Dialogue is a gentle practice of body and mind in movement. It uses a soft approach to the body and enables the mind to accompany the body in a loving way. Through guided dance improvisation and hands-on techniques, the participants can enter into an intimate dialogue with themselves, the other and with the world surrounding them.
